Why? My guidebook devoted a little several pages to Brazil&rsquo;s second largest state, Mato Grosso, focusing on Cuiab&aacute; (the administrative centre), the Pantanal wetlands, and Guimar&atilde;es National Park. Yet we have been at a loss for all there were to learn.
